About our property...
Our boarding barn is a 13-stall vintage building with an office adjoined by a covered patio overlooking the large arena, 2 wash racks, a feed room, and tack storage areas.
Our pastures are divided into "upper" and "lower" pastures allowing us the ability to close off part of a pasture for growth and recovery. Horses are not divided by mares and geldings in the pastures. The terrain from the barn to the pastures is hilly and rocky and may not be suited for horses with certain conditions as they are turned in and out twice daily. There is fresh spring water provided in a water trough centrally located in the pasture area.
We offer two lighted riding areas, one large and one small.
We drag both arenas several times a week (weather permitting).
The surface in both arenas is a natural Georgia clay/sand mixture and may not be suited for certain breeds or riding styles.
The large arena comes equipped with barrels and poles.
The small arena offers the perfect spot for lunging, groundwork, or light riding.
While we love all horses, our barn is not equipped for cribbers, stallions, draft breeds, miniatures, horses with past or present behavior issues, or horses under 10 years of age (the age of a horse is considered on a case by case basis).
