Monthly Boarding Fee $750
First and Last Months Board Due at Contract Submission
-12 X 13 stall with window and fan
-Premium pine shavings
-Up to 4lbs Triple Crown Senior feed daily
-Supplements/medications administered if provide by owner
-Fresh hay flakes in stall
-Daily turn in/out (weather permitting)
-Stall water and bucket
-AM or PM stall cleaning (1x per day)
-General cleaning of water bucket
-Blanketing and fly masks as needed
-Hold for pre-scheduled vet and farrier appointments
-Access to arenas and a small seasonal trail
-Shared locked tack room
Horse Lease
Full
Monthly Lease Fee $450
Lessee may ride the horse at anytime. With owner permission, Lessee may the ride horse in shows. Lessee is responsible for paying for farrier services for the horse. This takes place approximately once every 6 weeks at an approximate cost of $80 - $100 per horse. Lessee is also responsible for 50% of all well/sick veterinarian services performed on the horse.

Monthly Lease Fee $300
Lessee may ride the horse 3 days a week. Days/times are flexible depending on the schedule of the owner and lessee. Additional days are possible if the owner agrees. The Lessee may ride the horse in shows with the Owners permission. Lessee is responsible for paying for the shoeing of the horse. This takes place approximately once every 6 weeks at an approximate cost of $80 - $100.
Riding Lessons
Our experienced trainers offer beginner and intermediate Western riding lessons with a focus on horsemanship skills.
Fees Set by the Riding Instructor
Beginner and Intermediate Western riding lessons. Riders learn and understand horsemanship skills both off and on the horse. Individuals taking lessons must wear a riding helmet, jeans/long pants, and close-toed shoes/riding boots. During lessons, riders are taught horse safety, proper handling of the horse, grooming of the horse, and key behaviors in earning the horse’s trust. As you move forward in lessons, you will learn more about balance, timing, and successful riding skills on the horse.
30-minute lesson consists of Riding Instruction & Post-ride Horse Care
1-hour lesson consists of Pre-ride Horse Care, Riding Instruction &
Post-ride Horse Care

Bush Hogging
Arena Surfacing
For other area barns and farms, we can cut pastures of any size to an owner’s specifications. Light to moderate bush hogging is also available. Arena surface preparation is also available.
Price Based on Distance to Property
$75-$125 per hour, two hour minimum
